When does my membership start?
Immediately after checkout. Your year begins the day you join.
When does it expire?
Exactly one year from your signup date. We'll email you before it's time to renew.
How does HHH inclusion work?
When you register for HHH, the system recognizes your membership and applies $0 pricing automatically. No promo code needed. All tiers include HHH.
Do HHH Rider or Supporter Rider include other rides?
HHH is included in every tier. HHH Rider and Supporter Rider pay standard price for other paid events. Only All Access Rider includes every standard MMM ride.
How do member raffle entries work?
Every MMM event has a raffle for gear and prizes from our sponsors. Active members are auto-entered — HHH Rider at the HHH, Supporter Rider and All Access Rider at every MMM event. No extra tickets to buy, nothing to sign up for.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. We'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher tier. Email us or reach out from your account dashboard.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
Making Miles Matter INC is a 501(c)(3). The portion above the fair market value of perks received may be deductible. We'll send a receipt.
What if I can't make it to events this year?
